With vPlan it is possible to give the support of vPlan temporary access to your environment. If you can't figure it out yourself, or if the problem is difficult to solve via tickets or telephone contact, our support department can take a look in your area. This way we can work in a solution-oriented way. This accessibility for the support department will automatically expire after 7 days.
To give the support department access, go to the Settings tab. At the General page you will find the button you need, as shown below.
You can see at the bottom of the window that there is a Support section. Click on the button Generate token to generate a token that gives our support department access to your environment.
When you have clicked this button, the window below will appear on your screen. To generate the token, click on the button Copy to clipboard. By clicking this button, your pc/laptop will automatically copy the token and you can "paste" it into, for example, a support ticket.
If the token has been copied to your clipboard you can 'paste' it into your mail, also put your username in the mail. Send the mail to email@example.com. You can also paste your token and username into your existing ticket.
