It happens to the best. You have lost your password! No problem, we'll help you.
If you use the wrong password in the login screen you will get a message.
Click on "Forgot your password" in the login screen. A new window will appear, enter your Username and click Reset Password.
On the screen you will see that an email has been sent to the email address, which is linked to your vPlan account. You can close this window if necessary.
Go to your inbox and open the mail. If you don't see any mail, check your spam folder. Click in the mail on Reset password.
A new window opens in the browser. Enter your new password here. Confirm your new password again. Then click on Save.
You will now automatically enter the login screen. You can login with your new password.
