General
In vPlan it is possible to get all your collections in one easy overview. In the section Tickets you will find the overview Browse.
In the Browse overview you see collections with the data in the columns. These data are;
name, description, start date, end date, date promised and the lead time.
Clicking on the name of the card opens the card.
Filter
vPlan distinguishes between all planned, unplanned and archived collections. These can be easily filtered by clicking on the items.
Two different overviews
vPlan has two different views, a list view and a tile view. You can switch between these views by clicking on the buttons below.
List view
In the list view it is possible to sort collections by columns. This is done by clicking on the name of the column. The column you selected will be indicated with a down arrow (old-new) or up arrow (new-old).
When an order is scheduled, you can click on the right arrow at the column turnaround time. This will automatically redirect you to the week in which the order is scheduled and will show the entire turnaround time.
Tile view
In the tile view you see an overview of collections. In the collection we show the cards that are present. This way you see the turnaround time of the collection. Click on one of the dots (cards) to be automatically redirected to the board in which the collection is planned.
Advanced Search in Browse
In Browse it is possible to perform advanced searches on fields within collections and cards. When using an integration it is also possible to search on specific integration fields, such as customer or articles.
By default vPlan searches all standard available collection data. You can now quickly apply filters in the search window. To choose a filter, first type the 'colon' (:) sign. A menu appears with all filters that can be searched for specifically. When you have selected a filter you can enter the search term. All collections that match the search term will be displayed. It is possible to apply multiple filters in a single search.
You can search on the following data:

:reference | Only possible when there is an integration with an ERP system. You search specifically by order/project number. | 90142 |
:status | Search specifically for the order status. This is only possible when vPlan is linked to an ERP system. The statuses are: open, partial, closed and canceled. | Open |
Archive
Collections created by an integration can be archived. This is done by archiving the collection from the backlog. In the Search overview you can filter specifically on archived collections. You can undo the archiving by clicking on the Restore icon () in the line. The collection will become available again in the backlog.
